Our facility has used Post Acute Specialists for our residents to help manage their vascular needs, and other needs as well. In the short time Post Acute Specialists provided care for my residents, your team was professional, courteous, and helpful to our residents, families and staff. I did not experience any problem with the numerous visits your group provided, in addition the service provided improve my residents’ different situations and assisted in the facility being able to meet their needs, as I have a large population of residents who’ refuse to go out for needed vascular appointments.
